Our first program, THC Service Ready™ (TSR), was developed from direct conversations with hospitality operators, beverage leaders, and venue teams across the country. TSR gives businesses the tools, training, and confidence to responsibly introduce THC beverages in a way that feels natural to both staff and guests.

With more than five years of hands-on experience across the THC beverage category, Occasion Collective was built from real operational experience inside hospitality environments. Our background spans early-stage co-packing and distribution, brand development, national on-premise strategy, and hospitality education for some of the most recognized brands in the space.

We’ve helped introduce THC beverages into a wide range of hospitality settings — including national music festivals, large-scale live entertainment venues, and multi-unit restaurant groups — while developing practical training systems and pre-shift education programs for front-of-house teams.

Those experiences revealed a clear industry need: operators want a thoughtful, hospitality-first framework for integrating this category responsibly and successfully.
