WHY OCCASION COLLECTIVE EXISTS
A new beverage category reached hospitality before the operating standard did.
THC beverages are entering restaurants, bars, entertainment venues and other social occasions. But most teams were never trained for this category, and most operators lack the practical guidance and standards they need to serve responsibly and protect their business.
Occasion Collective was built to close that gap—creating THC Service Ready™, the training and operational readiness platform that gives hospitality teams the knowledge, confidence and systems to deliver consistent, responsible THC beverage service.

Occasion Collective grew out of my years working inside restaurants, bars and venues and alongside beverage companies -- learning firsthand what it takes to move a new category from concept into responsible service.
I've spent a great deal of time listening to operators, hospitality leaders, agencies and industry partners describe what they need from a training program, where existing options fall short and what would make this category work inside a real operation.
The message has been pretty consistent: hospitality teams don't need more abstract information. They need clear, practical guidance they can use before, during and after service -- from pre-shift prep and guest conversations to manager oversight, incident response and responsible location rollout. That's the standard we're building: training that respects the realities of hospitality and prepares the people responsible for making this category work.
